When can I access the facility? Tenants access hours are 6am-10pm 7 days a week. To include all holidays.
What types of leasing is available? We offer month-to-month leasing, so tenants are able to keep their unit short or long-term.
How do I pay my storage rent? You can pay your storage bill by going online every month using a major credit card or debit card, by stopping in the office personally or just by giving us a call, we can process the payment over the phone. Most tenants use our Auto-Pay System.
Are dollies or carts available? Yes!! We have dollies, carts, mattress movers and pallet jacks for tenants to use.
What does climate-controlled mean? Climate controlled means the holding a comfortable temperature and humidity level in your storage unit.
Does the storage facility have video surveillance? Yes. Our facility is equipped with video cameras help us monitor the facility 24/7. We do our best to create a safe, orderly facility for our tenants
Are the units drive-up accessible? No, tenants enter from our main entry doors in the front of the building. We are in an old Walmart building with ample ways to enter and exit. Our ground floor units are very accessible.
How do I choose what size unit I need? Our website has a helpful information to help you determine the size you will need. See Storage tools tab or just stop into the office and our facility manager will show you what the unit sizes look like.
Things I am not allowed to store? Tenants are not allowed to store food, paint, animals, gasoline, explosives, flammables, and hazardous materials. Be sure to read through your rental agreement. If you have questions about a specific item call us.
What are your office hours? Our office hours: Monday-Friday 9:30am-6:00pm, Saturday 9am-1pm and Sunday Closed, we are closed on Major Holidays.
Do you have Auto or RV-Storage?
Yes , we offer Parking Services for Month to Month parking.
We are an Indoor Climate Controlled Facility with a large private parking lot. We are now offering Month to Month Parking Services in our parking lot. It is marked as private property with no trespass with police monitoring. We also provide 24/7 Video Surveillance System Monitoring for your protection but ultimatly it is up to you the tenant to secure your belongings.
We are also offering parking services to companies that require parking for company trucks or trailers. Sorry, we cannot store semi-trailers over 40’.
All vehicles must have current tabs and be in running condition. Parking service tenants must submit a copy of your Drivers License, Title and Proof of Insurance.
